I made a quilt for my mother-in-law for her birthday. It's made of voile that I purchased at
Alewives Fabrics. Most of the quilts fabric is from Tula Pink's Birds & Bees, Amy Butler's Cameo, and some AMH from my stash. I love how it turned out, voile is great to work with if you don't use other fabrics with it, if you do you need to be careful of the movement. I bought a 54"x 54" piece of Tula Pink voile for the back. It's just the right size to snuggle under and read a book. Mum loved it.
Another beautiful day on the coast. What a stretch of weather we have had this August.
